put on teh back burner in the past 1.5 years because of the uproar of all of the pint sized turbo car like the wrx, evo, and srt-4 that are a more popular market, and therefore, the project is slow to come to fruition. however, they have gone to great lengths to ensure that the car in itself is a great accomplishment. the pulled out all the reliability stops, like re-shotpeening the crank, cunningham rods, swain coatings, cryo-treating, and yadda..... the car, as many, doesnot preform as expected, due to the many factors that come into play with any car test. driver, weather, altitude, prior suspension testing..... you get the jist.....to say that a car with 'X' horsepower ran 'Y' in the 1/4mile, is somewhat vague as to what arrangements and tuning were set forth before the tests....we all know that putting a set of slicks on that car would get it some really good numbers, and the scc guys dont need to do that....they are simply building a strong, powerful-yet reliable car for the street..... you should look up thier archives and read the first few articles and catch up..... BTW.....repost 3x....
